Racism is the belief that differences among genetic factors determine how individuals act or succeed and can also be characterized by superiority of one race over another.


Colorblindness is the practice of ignoring cultural differences of origin, race and history which can result in the lack of consideration of the history and culture that makes one different, unique and in many cases oppressed.


Discrimination is known as the prejudicial treatment of individuals based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sex or religion.
